Don't know if they're helpful, but they taste great. I probably won't order again just because I have to remember to use them. I'm not much of a candy, mint, gum user. But, if my dentist sees any improvement at all in my dental health, then, I'll be back.I love the flavor! Lemon is my favorite. My grandson tried them and wanted his own tin! They help with your breath and make your mouth feel fresh. I would recommend carrying them in your purse or car.
