I received this mold in timely fashion right on the day I was told to expect it. The mold is thin plastic and when I used it it was a little hard to remove the cookies, but I twisted it like an ice tray and the cookies came out. The heart is deep enough to make a good impression on the cookie. There were no instructions, but its really an easy thing to use. Fill the heart first if you're using a different color(I used wilton red candy melts). Let it sit in refrigerator for a few minutes. Put next color in ( I went almost half full with chocolate), drop in double stuff oreo and cover cookie with chocolate. Back in fridge for about 15mins. And I gave to my grandkids who thought they were wonderful.
