When I lived in Africa and went to the beach, there were sellers of some sort of sea foam candy that was absolutely delicious. At one point I learned how to make it but now instead I just order this chocolate covered sponge candy. When you take a bite of these chocolates the sea foam/sponge inside melts in your mouth. They are so delicious it is difficult to only eat one! I especially enjoy the peanut butter variety although I've tried other flavors too.
